A charming, smelling of pine forest, summer resort by the Baltic Sea in West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The local (boasting their perfect value) sea waters have received the certificate of the Blue Flag several times.

It is very pleasant to ride a bicycle in Pogorzelica. In the adjacent area, there are numerous picturesque bicycle routes. However, one of the greatest attractions is the Coastal Narrow-Gauge Railway which provides its services here. This is a narrow-gauge train, which, after a recent major repair, is made available to tourists in a completely new image. Various catering facilities are the evidence to the fact that Pogorzelica is an attractive place perfectly prepared for receiving tourists. Restaurants, cafes, pizza places, fried fish stands, bars, beer gardens and traditional food stands will provide something even for those that are most demanding.

On the days on which the weather puts one off from swimming in the sea, it is possible to head the swimming pool complex Sandra SPA, with water slides and numerous other water attractions.

The pleasant impressions connected with contact with nature can also be provided by Liwa Łuża Lake, and by the nature reserve covering its area, and also by Konarzewo Lake. The green frontiers of those water regions are the habitat of numerous rare and interesting species of birds. It is in this very place, in the neighbourhood of Konarzewo Lake, that the second stage of Nad Stawem Housing Estate is being implemented.
